Any instances of misconduct during the training period can diminish the quality of our services and undermine the genuine efforts of fellow learners. Those found engaging in misconduct will face consequences as outlined below.
Learning misconduct encompasses any actions that undermine the learning process provided by the course, including violations of course policies, instructor guidelines, or activity completion criteria. The following standards elucidate common forms of learning misconduct, though they are not exhaustive. Other behaviors may also constitute misconduct within a specific course or across the platform.
I. Violations
a. Plagiarism: Copying or reproducing words, ideas, or materials from another source without proper attribution. This includes allowing others to alter or revise your work and submitting it as your own.
b. Use of Unauthorized Materials: Consulting or utilizing unauthorized materials, electronic resources, or AI tools, unless explicitly permitted.
c. Unauthorized Collaboration: Working with others on activities without permission.
d. Contract Cheating: Paying or enlisting others to produce work for course submission.
e. Impersonation: Completing activities under another user's identity or having someone else complete activities under your identity.
f. Unauthorized Sharing of Resources: Sharing homework, quiz answers, or other assessment solutions with others, unless explicitly allowed.
g. Fraud: Misrepresenting authorship or the circumstances of activity completion, or falsifying evidence.
h. Other: Engaging in any activity that unfairly advantages oneself or others, or attempts to manipulate results.
Consequences for Violations COMPASS Training Center Inc. will impose sanctions based on the nature and severity of the misconduct, the significance of the assessment, and the user's history of prior misconduct.
No refunds will be provided for corrective actions resulting from violations. Determinations of Honor Code violations are at the discretion of COMPASS Training Center Inc. Users will be notified of any violations and the corresponding actions to be taken.

Cancellation and/or rescheduling are not permitted once you have logged into the MyCOMPASS Learning Management System (LMS) or if the training has already started. In this case, refunds are not available. Cancellation/Rescheduling is permitted only if you haven’t accessed the MyCOMPASS LMS yet.
